Description

New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc is famed for its pungently aromatic green capsicum (bell pepper), gooseberry & lush passion fruit characters.

The Marlborough region represents 80% of all grape plantings in New Zealand, and this Sauvignon Blanc is predominantly cold fermented in stainless steel to retain its famed “zing”.

  • Colour Appearance: Pale Straw
  • Tasting Notes: This aromatic Sauvignon Blanc makes an instant impression on the senses with its intense scent of nettle and fresh gooseberry. The full bodied flavours of fresh passionfruit accompanied by crisp acidity and notes of green apple pleasently weight the palete. Lasting fragrance at the fnish is supplemented by vivid essenses of tropical fruit.
  • Food matching: Well suited to smoked salmon or enjoy with fresh oysters. Served chilled.
