New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc is famed for its pungently aromatic green capsicum (bell pepper), gooseberry & lush passion fruit characters.

The Marlborough region represents 80% of all grape plantings in New Zealand, and this Sauvignon Blanc is predominantly cold fermented in stainless steel to retain its famed “zing”.

The full bodied flavours of fresh passionfruit accompanied by crisp acidity and notes of green apple pleasently weight the palete.
