Pinot Noir



During this period the wine was regularly stirred on light yeast lees, until full malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in spring. Before bottling, the wine was fned with egg whites to ensure a soft fnish.

  • Colour Appearance: Rich Ruby hue
  • Tasting Notes: A sophisticated wine that entices the palate with a lifted cherry plum nose, complemented by aromatic mushroom and forest floor fragrances. The wine subtly weights the palate with vivid flavours of red fruits, cedar spice and note of thyme. An elegantly balanced wine with fne tannins and lingering fnish.
  • Food matching: Lamb and roasted vegetable dishes. Serve at room temperature.
