Pinot Gris



Mouth flling, rich and refreshing. New Zealand Pinot Gris is more akin to Alsace in style than the drier Pinot Grigio, with hints of apple, pear and honeysuckles. Much of New Zealand Pinot Gris undergoes a small amount of barrel aging, with wild yeasts and less stirring for complexity.
