Description

Mouth-flling, with concentrated citrus and tropical fruit, balanced by crisp acidity and refned minerals. NZ Chardonnay is generally hand-picked, whole bunch pressed and barrel-fermented.

  • Colour Appearance: Pale Straw
  • Tasting Notes: Peach lemon apricot and a little ripe melon are nicely balanced on the palate by a crisp acid lifting the citrus and stone-fruits to the clean fresh fnish.
  • Food matching: This wine has a wide appeal and will partner with a great range of food, try chicken salad or chinese stir fried fsh and tomatoes or a tangy dressed warm salad of hot-smoked salmon and asparagus
